Amazing stay

Had a wonderful time at Riads Chams Marrakech. Ali, Khalid and Youseff were super kind to us and made our stay in Marrakech even more pleasant. Cannot recommend it enough. Breakfast varied every day and was delicious. Everything we needed was provided. We felt like at home. Next time we are in Marrakech we will come back here. The area where the hotel is, is safe and tranquil. Thank you all for an amazing stay.

Wonderful

All the staff were really really nice to us and super available to help us. The staff really makes the difference. The accommodations, the breakfast, the cleaning were perfect. A 2 minute walking to the souks and 10 minute from the principal square. We visit a lot of things by walking, we didn’t catch any taxi. I really recommend to use the transfer from airport to the riad because the street of the riad is a little confuse when we don’t know the way.

Perfect place to stay

Staff were so friendly and helpful, yousef even came with us to the markets to help point us in the right direction. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they have made the hotel have a family feel, which is so rare and really does make the best experience! I have already started recommening this place to people and if I return to marrakech I will be staying here again.

Great value for money. Worthy to stay in a calm and cosy atmosphere.

We were welcomed very kindly and the staff made things easy for us to feel very comfortable, and were very helpful at all times. The staff was also very polite and nice with us. Breakfast was very good and varied. And the whole riad was a great place to rest and enjoy calmly, both inside the room and in the terraces.

It was hard to get to the place at first.

NOT JUST A RIAD... EXPERIENCE TO TRY

if you come to marrakech...you should definitely stay here! the list of beautiful things about this riad would be endless... but it can be summed up well in the concept of feeling at home. the cleanliness of the rooms, the taste for small details make the difference. the best selling point is the staff working there, they are all kind, helpful, thoughtful guys and always ready to help you beyond expectation. we felt part of a family, the everyday life they made us experience will always remain in our hearts, the stories of a staff boy in front of a good tea with mint was an interesting encounter that will always remain with us (ps. in the end we went to Nkob and ate where you recommended, wonderful place!!), the girls who prepare breakfast, kind and excellent chefs... congratulations!!! not to mention the beautiful experience of the Hammam ... it is an experience that you absolutely must try. what to tell you... we thank you for giving us your kindness and passion in what you do... a big hug and greeting, from the 2 Italian boys Virginia and Davide ????????️????????

Heaven within Medina with an amazing resident Cat

Very clean and charming Riad. Location walking distance to the busy Medina. Staff made all better. They are very kind and helpful They also love cats and have one. I am an animal rescued and for me that was a bonus point! Very kind and lovely clean place. And they gave 3 resident tortoise

Stay here....it's fantastic !

Spotlessly clean, amazing hosts, friendly and went above and beyond. Location great for Marrakech. Super breakfast. Would love to stay here again . Dinner was fab :) and absolutely loved the pet tortoises .

An oasis of peace in the absolute chaos

We had an amazing stay. - A staff member came and helped us with parking in the medina. YOU MUST ASK FOR THEIR HELP!!! Parking in the medina is a nightmare, so they can point you to a specific parking place and personally come to AVOID THAT THE CAR PARK VALET RIPS YOU OFF! - They offered us tea when we checked in - They offer extra services like hammam and massages. We tried both and we had a good time, the women that offer these services are very nice and capable. - They are in the center but not too close, so there's no noise (except maybe the riad cat meowing for food in the morning XD), just a couple of minutes walk from the north souk entrance. - Mattress quite comfortable - Great moroccan breakfast - The overall atmosfere was great, with the old moroccan style, the water fountain in the middle, the soft relaxing background music. Excellent. - Great terrace for sunbathing in the summer Would absolutely recommend and if I'm back in Marrakech I'll definetely return here!

Perfect stay!

Riad Chams was home away from home. Khalid, Ali and Youssef were the absolut best always trying to make me and my friend feel comfortable. The riad was an oasis in the middle of the chaos of Marrakech. When I arrived I was a bit scared at the location because the narrow roads felt a bit sketchy, but my fears went away the second I got there. We were two girls traveling and always felt super safe. 100% recommend this riad and I'll definitely come back. I still have to make the tea Khalid teached!

Friendly place

The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us continue our stay at the riad. The location is okay, not that close but walkable Wished we had stayed in their room Saphire or Jade

The room 4, Emerald was too small and needs an upgrade. The bathroom was also very old. Not suitable for a couple. I had read reviews that the room was not as good, so I had asked Ali, who said that was an old review and it was upgraded. Sadly, it wasn't! I would have cancelled it, I regret believing him. I didn't meet him. Khalid and Yousouf offered us a bigger room on the last day, but we couldn't be bothered for 1 night Way to Riad is also very off putting, it smelt, and some areas are dark and dump.

Located down a quiet cobbled street but close to all you want to do or see in Marrakesh a perfect location, & really friendly & vibrant.
